NUC approves Unilorin’s request on admission seekers

In a bid to enable the University of Ilorin admit more admission seekers, the National Universities Commission has approved the request of the institution to increase the number of admission seekers.
The institution’s Vice Chancellor, Professor Abdulganiyu Ambali who disclosed this while speaking with journalist in Ilorin said the university can now admit nine thousand admission seekers as against the initial seven thousand.
While explaining other factors that have been in place, professor Ambali said hostels are under construction by both private and federal government assistance.
