W.H.O intensifies effort on disease surveillance in Kwara

the World Health Organisation (W.H.O), has said it will continue to partner with the kwara state government through its ministry of health especially in the area of disease surveillance.
Dr Ibrahim Idris, coordinator W.H.O, kwara state office stated this during a chat with our reporter Dada Bamise.
According to him, the W.H.O in the state will continue to assist the state government in gathering health data that will be used for analytical purposes aimed at making the state disease-free.
Dr Ibrahim also revealed that following a successful measles mortality control programme held last month, the second face of the programme will be carried out in the southern parts of the country come next year.
