Unilorin Students Will Vote, Take Lectures At Same Time – Says Vice chancellor

Professor Wahab Egbewole, Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, has said that students of the school will be allowed to vote in the 2023 general elections without any need for the school to be on holiday.
According to the 11th VC of the university, the higher institution of learning has made innovations with virtual learning which takes care of this challenge.
The House of Reps recently gave a mandate to Universities in the country to close shops to allow students to go to their various places of registration to vote.
Yesterday marks one hundred and nine days in office of the vice chancellor of the university of ilorin,  Professor Wahab Egbewole, SAN  as the 11th Vice-Chancellor, were the vice chancellor identified team work as a strong pillar to continuing building magnificently on the solid foundation laid by founding fathers of the institution.
He noted that he has since set to work and put a team, Unilorin Greatness Team, together which include the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Prof. Abayomi Omoteso and the
Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Management Services), Prof. Sulaiman Ambali as well as the Provost of the College of Health Sciences and Chairmen of important committees and organs of the University.
