Six Kwara travelers kidnapped victims along kaduna-abuja highway regain freedom

The six people that were kidnapped at Rijana, along Kaduna-Abuja high way on Saturday have been rescued from their abductors. A statement issued today by the National public relation officer of the Offa Descendants’ Union, Maruf Ajenifuja, appreciated the intervention of the Kwara and Kaduna state governments, the Nigeria Police Force, Nigeria Military, Civil Society Organizations, NURTW, the media and the general public in the course of rescuing the kidnap victims.
It would be recalled that the Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq had called on the police and other security agencies to intensify efforts to free the victims.
