Police parades suspect for killing father over ATM in Kwara

The Kwara state police command has today paraded a suspect murderer , Ibrahim Hassan who confessed to have killed his ninety years old father who was a retired army officer.
Parading the suspect , the police public relation officer SP Ajajlyi okasanmi said the case was reported on fifteenth of august 2022 by the deceased daughter, ishat Ibrahim who said his father got missing.
Okasanmi who said investigation took police officers to Kaduna where the suspected murder was arrested. The suspected who investigation revealed to have killed the retired army in other to get his father’s ATM card to withdraw the money in the account. He confessed to have committed the crime.
He said he killed his father in order to be collecting his father’s pension from his later father’s account with the ATM.
Royal FM correspondent, olarotimi oshin reports that the police PRO Akansami said the suspect took the police to where he buried his father , adding that the corp was exhumed for proper Burrier.
Okasanmi who however advised parents to train their children in the way of the lord, said children should not be exposed to bad friends and money.
