Nigeria Labour Congress has vowed to charge its over twelve million members to support the Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi and flush out leaders described as failures during the 2023 General Election.

The President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Ayuba Wabba while speaking on Monday claimed that members of the Congress will activate their structures in all the seven hundred and seventy-four local governments for Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi.

Wabba, who said the party was formed in 1946 to promote good governance after its success in Britain in 1945, said they are promoting people-centred agenda that’s why their logo has “Papa, Mama and Pikin.”

The Nigeria Police Force has reminisced on the End Sars protest that took place in the country in 2020, describing the campaign as terrible, history and a point of reference for several discussions globally.

Speaking during a question and answer section with newsmen, the Police Public Relation Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi said the original agitators of the campaign lost control, claiming the Force lost lives and properties during the campaign.
