National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, Kwara state set to hold 2019 Nurses Week Celebration

The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives ( NANNW) Kwara state Chapter will be hold it’s ‘ 2019 Nurses Week Celebration/Scientific Workshop in Ilorin on Tuesday next week. This was contained in a statement made available to newsmen in Ilorin by Kwara state chairman of the association, Comrade Joseph Ademola Adekanye.
According to the statement, the theme of the event ‘Nurses: A voice to lead health for all’ will be handled by the Head of Community Health Department, Kwara state University, Dr (Mrs) Khadijat Musa as the keynote speaker.
Adekanye said the Executive Governor of Kwara state, Alh Abdulrahman AbdulRasaq is the Special Guest of the day while the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari is the Royal Father of the Day.
Other invited guests include the Kwara state Head of Service, Mrs. Susan Modupe Oluwole as special guest, the permanent Secretary Ministry of Health, Dr. (Mrs) Rhoda Ajiboye as Chairperson of the occasion amongst others.
