kwara government identifies Public private pertnership as means of developing kwara

The kwara state government has identified public private partnership as one of the underlying strategies in providing social and physical infrastructure for the people in the state.
The State Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed stated this at the official commissioning and handing over ceremony of completed school project donated by Airtel Nigeria limited under the company’s ‘Adopt the school programme.’
Speaking at the Iyeru-Okin LGEA primary school in Offa local government where three blocks of eight class rooms were renovated with modernise computer room and funiture, the Governor who was represented by the permanent secretary of the state ministry of education, Lamidi Alabi called on other corporate organisations to borrow a leaf from Airtel and give back to the community.
in his remarks, the airtel managing director and chief executive officer segun ogunsanya who was represented by the chief sales officer Geoffery Efe orubo said the initiation was tagged ” adopt-school programme’ to improve education being parts of the company corporate social responsibility.
while commending kwara state government for providing enebling environment for business to strive, Efe orubo enjoined government to continue in providing good atmophere for business.
