Kwara Assembly passes One Hundred and Eighty-Seven Point Two billion naira Revised Supplementary budget Estimate.

The Kwara House of Assembly on Wednesday  passed One Hundred and Eighty-Seven Point Two billion naira Revised Suplementary budget Estimate  forwarded by Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq
The Revised Budget Estimate was passed after considering the Report House Committee on Finance and Appropriation on “Revised Suplementary Appropriation Twenty Twenty-Two Bill” at Committee of Supply laid by its Chairman, Ibrahim Ambali representing Owode-Onire Constituency
Mr Ambali noted that the approved Revised Budget Estimate is against the sum of  One Hundred and Eighty-Seven Point Five initially proposed, indicating decrease of Three Hundred and Eight Point Three
He said Capital Expenditure is now Eighty-Six Point Nine against Eighty-Nine Point Three billion naira originally proposed while proposed Recurrent Expenditure stands at Eighty-Three Point Seven billion naira against the sum of Eighty-One Point Six billion naira as total debt servicing is Sixteen Point Five billion naira is retained as proposed
The Twenty Twenty-Two Revised Supplementary budget Estimate was read third time by the Clerk of the House prior to its eventual passage as Speaker, Engineer Yakubu Salihu directed Clerk of the House to produce a clean copy Revised Budget Estimate for governor’s assent.
