House Of Representatives Approve President Tinubu’s Five Hundred Billion Naira Request For Palliatives

The House of Representatives has approved the request of President Bola Tinubu for an amendment to the 2022 appropriation act.
The approval followed president Tinubu’s request for five hundred billion naira for palliatives to Nigerians in order to reduce the hardship caused by subsidy removal.
Recall that president Tinubu while meeting with governors of class of 1999 disclosed his desire to ensure the palliatives get to the citizens.
