The meeting between the Federal Government and the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, over the fuel subsidy removal has ended without a consensus.
Dele Alake, the spokesman to President Bola Tinubu disclosed this on Wednesday while briefing journalists on the outcome of the meeting between the federal government and the NLC.
Alake added that the government will keep talking with the organized labour with a view to arriving at a very amicable solution that would be in the interest of all Nigerians.
In his reaction, the president of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Joe Ajaero lamented the decision of NNPCL to announce the adjustment of PMS price, stating that both parties will seek alternatives to cushion the effect of the development.
