Convocation: Unilorin Awarded Five Hundred Million Hostel Accommodation Funds, Claims Vice Chancellor

The Vice Chancellor, University of Ilorin, Prof. Wahab Egbewole has disclosed that the institution received over nine hundred million TETFUND in 2023.
Professor Egbewole stated this while speaking during the Day 2 of the 37th&38th Convocation ceremony at the University Auditorium in Ilorin.
The Vice Chancellor expantiated that nine hundred and fifty-four million, seven hundred and thirty-two thousand, one hundred and thirty-two million naira was allocated to the University by TETFUND in 2023.
He added further that the University was also awarded five hundred million naira hostel accommodation for the students and two hundred million naira for zonal intervention.
Professor Egbewole also stated that the University in the 2021/2022 academic sessions graduated ten thousand, seven hundred and fifty-six students, with two hundred and thirty-nine first class graduates.
