Bird Flu: Ebony buries one thousand five hundred Curled Birds

Ebonyi state government on Monday killed and buried about one thousand five hundred birds in the poultry where some birds were diagnosed to have been infected with Avian Influenza, also known as bird flu.
The state Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources, Chief Uchenna Orji alongside other veterinary doctors witnessed the killing and disposal of the birds a pit to forestall possible spread of the virus. The disease was dictated in a farm in Ugwuachara community located within the Abakaliki capital territory.
