Kaduna refinery petrol output rises to three-point-two million liters daily

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, yesterday, stated that Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company, KRPC, has commenced production of three-point-two million litres of petrol daily, from an initial production of one-point-five million litres recorded over the weekend.This was even as the NNPC stated that nine hundred and fourteen truckloads of fuel have been dispatched to petrol stations across the country. He added that one thousand, nine hundred and thirty-nine trucks, conveying sixty-four-point-zero-four million litres of the products, have been evacuated from its coastal depots to inland depots in the country.The NNPC, in a statement in Abuja, stated that the increased output from the refinery would help ensure that the queues at fuel stations across the country would ease off soon.
According to the NNPC, the injection of this volume into the system will significantly impact ongoing special intervention efforts designed to bring relief to motorists across the country.
